Founded in 1925 as a public service organization, DR is Denmark’s oldest and largest media enterprise. With a mission to support democracy, strengthen communities, and contribute to Danish culture, DR provides news, culture, education, music, and entertainment to all groups within the Danish population.

DR Publik is a bespoke type family, designed to match DR's clean and functional brand identity, expanded to expressive channel branding and optimised for high legibility on screens of all sizes. It's driven by a no-nonsense design mindset, shaped to be both Danish and international. It's yours, mine and everybody's.
