Denmark's Limfjord boasts an abundance of some of Europe's best shellfish, worshipped by chefs and gourmets alike. For many years all these delectable Danish fjord delights have been exported to Southern Europe and sold domestically to a select number of fine-dining restaurants, quality fishmongers, and food markets in Copenhagen.
Together with the opportunity to dive into the region's age-old shellfish provenance and heritage and modern-day knowledge and research into the mental health, climate, and environmental benefits of shellfish, the Limfjord has become the perfect seafood destination.
We created an identity that supports the provenance and heritage of this area, is flexible enough to live up to the complexity of the purpose, and helps to connect to foodies and nature lovers from all over the world.
